Simian the silver fox

This is Tyler's little bro Simian who is 12 years old and a silver fox with no tail (because he was born without one due to a rare genetic condition). He's actually Tyler's adopted brother having been found by his parents at an earlier age and taken into the family. Ever since then he has been the prodigy of the family, going to school like Tyler and getting bullied for bein' an emo as well as having no tail like any 'normal' creature should have. He is the more caring brother who checks up on his older bro Tyler. He also has friends at school but that doesn't stop him from getting bullied. He tends to procrastinate a lot in school and his attention drifts in class. Although these things happen with him he excels in class having a high degree of intelligence for a young fox. Whether it's natural intelligence or learnt from someone else such as his real parent(s) is unknown, but he also has an inventive and creative side to him. Constantly making new inventions in his spare time, while Tyler acknowledges this and steals from him in order to boost his own reputation.

There have been two points in his life that have led to a drastic change and turn for him. One of them bred a monster side to him as a result of multiple injected serums containing dnas of animals which would give him the the abilities of each creature. This happened to him while exploring an experimental facility which he found. Initially he came across a lizard serum in a labratory and due to the characteristics of a lizard it contains including regeneration of lost parts and limbs, he injected it into his bloodstream in the hopes of gaining a tail. He saw the other serums with desirable traits and in a moment of greed (because he thought of the bullies at school and what he could do with enchanced and extra abilities) he injected 6 others into his dna in hopes of achieving enchanced strength, sight, hearing, speedy and agility as well as other signature abilities. As he experimented on himself using different serums, the predatory instincts of each serum he injected combined into one bestial side. It gave his 'normal' side enchanced abilities but his beast side became a manifestation of all that the serums had to offer. He did grow a tail, but shortly after it stiffened and dropped off due to his predisposed genetic condition and the effect it has on his own genes and dna. At times he blacks out and the beast side comes out to go on a destructive and killing spree, with him waking up in the middle of all the carnage or sometimes away from it but with blood on him. Ever since he learnt that the chaos during his blackouts attributed to him he wanted it all to stop.

Another point turned him complacent and apathetic so that both his 'normal' side and monster side merged in relation and function. For example when he turns into his monster form he can control his actions and what he does. However he still has a blood fetish and a craving for it as part of his bestial side's desire. This was because he was approached by the same unknown being who met with Adrian, Belphegor and Eddie, who offered him a deal in exchange for his soul. He wanted to be able to control what he does during his blackouts and not be out of control. With the deal made, Simian had an apathy inside him which grew to the point where he embraced his bestial side and hence was able to not only control it but transform into it whenever he wanted to. Both sides combined into one as he could control his beast side and the desires of his beast side became his. Another thing, he becomes Belphegor's replacement as sin char in the group Vice Spectrum (ever since Belphegor left) with his main sin being apathy (closely resembles sloth as a sin). Simian's role in the group involves being a hacker and sometimes driver for the group though his driver role alternates with other members taking over.

Tyler and Simian are not only reversed archetypes but representations of the different sufferings people at school experience. Tyler's is social isolation and having the inability to make new friendships, Simian's issue at school is being bulled due to a physical characteristic as well as a behavioural trait of his which others make fun of. With Simian's bullying comes a hesitance towards making new friendships with others and staying away from others, with Tyler's social isolation comes a desperation in boosting his reputation; gaining positive recognition, being noticed and getting attention.

Anyways this is his backstory, I may have to edit it a bit later and colour him at some point.. But Simian's flaw is pretty much naivety being a kid and all, even with his intelligence. And because of that, he created his own inner enemy, and became it in the end as he embraced the evil inside. Due to his apathy, it had become a win-win situation as his beast side had won as well as him. So in a way he won, in a way his beast side did too. After so long of trying and wanting to escape it, they became one in the same.
